How we do it

Here's where the real work starts, applying our philosophy and using a variety of methods to make things happen, whether the project is research, learning or communications. We achieve this through:

Insight

Using a range of research and questioning techniques to understand your business needs and issues, we help you to develop foresight based on information, opinions and fact rather than speculation.

Innovation

We look to develop new ideas and interventions. We're not afraid to challenge traditional methods where appropriate whilst always ensuring the solution remains relevant, practical and memorable.

Integration

We build long term relationships with our clients to ensure that the solutions stick and become habit. We're with you for the long haul to ensure your return on investment and start planning for the next intervention.

We have an impressive chart to demonstrate how our approach works in practice. This approach underpins all the projects we work on:

How we deliver

On research projects we use our design led expertise to help visualise the next steps from the research. Helping to interpret the data in a visual and more engaging way we find that clients can respond to what they need to do without being overwhelmed with data. As an example we can turn a data list of client profiles into a ‘real’ person – someone your team can relate to better than a set of statistics.

On learning and communication projects, we develop our own activities and simulations to ensure they reflect the real business world and the environment in which your people work. We also appreciate that if something works well then we don’t need to fix it, so we can adapt popular tried and tested methods as well if we feel it’s appropriate.

Whichever approach we take always enables participants to get really involved with the project. We use a range of interventions designed to stimulate a ‘step change’ in behaviours and attitudes, and create long term sustainable improvement. We use a number of innovative tools and ideas when delivering our solutions:

Pull not push

the audience want the message and own the learning.

Mindful thinking

focuses attention and allows time for reflection and insight.

Tipping point and shock tactics

innovative interventions, combined with a build-up of quality input to stimulate a step change in behaviour and attitude amongst individuals

MiRO behavioural assessment

Experiential learning
