An audiences greatest passion remains themselves and a great way to frame a conference is to allow the audience to discover more about themselves and their colleagues.
We utilise a range of robust assessment tools to enable us to assess and profile the audience (individually or as a group) and display results for all to see — of course we change names to protect the innocent! What better way to start a team-building event than to run a live assessment of the team dynamic that exists and explore the roles that individuals play?
Similar tools can be adapted to identify the management styles in action, sales behaviours, skills effectiveness and other role related behaviours that have an impact on the effectiveness of the indivdiual and team
The example here shows a simple version of the Enneagram. Have a closer look at this tool by clicking the 'Run Sample' button above.
How we use PDA technology...
Assessment tools can be highly dynamic and fun to use for the audience. For example our PDA based assessment system has been used on numerous events to provide live assessments, allow for material to be instantly tailored to the needs of the audience and for a fun and dynamic end to a training session.
Similarly the PDA tools are an excellent way of recording audience feedback and opinions on a new product they may be testing or comparing and can be used to create a dynamic comparison scoreboard with realtime results.
360 degree feedback questionnaires
Powerful, proven and practical - 360 degree feedback helps your staff realise their strengths and weaknesses, and how to develop these key areas.
The process of multi-source, 360 degree appraisal is straightforward; it is a process where people who know something about their work, rate an individual on their performance.
This can include direct reports, peers, managers, customers or clients, in fact anybody who is credible to the individual and is familiar with their work can be included in the feedback process. The individual also completes a self-assessment exercise on their performance, which is also used in the process.
