Update January 2008

Following the success of the Nissan Europe induction programme last year, we were invited to extend this to their Contact Centre staff. The first event was held in Belfast at the end of January and two further events are taking place in February in Barcelona and Belfast. The programme provides all Contact Centre staff with an overview of Nissan, the history, brand, customers and the full Nissan range with an opportunity to test the vehicles for themselves in high speed laps, specialist 4x4 courses and experiencing the safety features of the models.

Update January 2008

Toyota and TLE have a long standing relationship and this month saw us providing training for promotional staff who will be manning displays in shopping centres through the UK. The displays will feature the special edition Auris S180 and Aygo Platinum models. Training centred around key product features, competitor differences and unique selling points. It is essential that promotional staff have all the information to hand and you can guarantee that with TLE providing the training, it was all delivered in a fun, memorable and exciting format.

Nissan Induction Training Success!

In November, we launched a new starter induction programme for Nissan Europe at the Nurburgring in Germany. Training managers from around Europe were introduced to the training materials and given an opportunity to drive the exciting Nissan range, including a high-speed circuit of the famous grand prix track at night!

Backing up the materials is an interactive CD-ROM and E-Learning for all new starters across Europe.
