Unexpected learning objects (ULOs): 2

How many times have you filled out a personality style questionnaire on a training course? Countless, and although interactive it’s a bit repetitive. That’s why we have some alternatives – one of them being the animal personality cards. Now we are not saying you are a dog but we can use some personality characteristics and a set of more interesting animal characters to help you understand how to communicate more effectively with other people or monkeys, whales or cats. It may not be entirely scientifically robust but it makes a point and is a whole lot of fun.
