3 steps to start your day
Complete the following steps every morning toawaken your mind and get you ready for the day!

1. Make sure you have a good breakfast with plenty of carbohydrates every morning. Your brain requires fuel to function at its optimum. Complex carbohydrates release this fuel over a longer period and water hydrates the system thereby sustaining greater brain function over a longer period.

2. Write down and recite your goals or outcomes for the day. This installs them in your subconscious which will quietly work on achieving them throughout the day. At the same time you may wish to write down a question that you would like to find the answer to.

3. Take a new route to work on a regular basis to give yourself new stimuli. See if you can spot something on your way in that represents a positive metaphor for you that relates to an issue you face or a problem you are looking to overcome.
