Research
Any question in any language – we can provide the answers! With over a quarter of a million interviews conducted, over 300 projects to date and access to over 1,000 researchers covering more than 100 languages – we have the experience you need for your research project.

We love developing new ideas and innovations but still keep our feet on the ground. We start with the end in mind and work backwards. We think about the practicalities of our interventions, how the learning would be used back in the workplace and how the key messages will be remembered long after the event is finished. We combine clear, punchy text with visuals and animations that help to illustrate and explain rather than just look cool.
Communication
We help you to communicate your key messages, making sure that they're passed on to everyone who needs to know. We also make sure that people understand how things affect them, and how to make any necessary changes in behaviour.
Why use us? ( 1)
We like to use different materials to emphasise key learning points in our workshops. For example we used nails and blocks of wood to help participants understand some of the principles behind positive thinking. We call these kind of things ULOs (Unexpected Learning Objects).
